Deegeet Community Standards
Our Commitment
Deegeet is a platform built on trust. Every day, people connect with each other, complete tasks, launch campaigns, message friends, and learn new skills together. For that to work well, everyone needs to feel safe, respected, and fairly treated.
These Community Standards explain what we expect from every member of the Deegeet community, what happens when those expectations are not met, and how you can appeal a decision if you believe a mistake was made. Please take a few minutes to read through them.
Respectful Communication
Deegeet’s messaging and friend request features exist to help genuine users connect, collaborate, and support one another. We ask that every member communicate honestly and respectfully.
The following are not permitted anywhere on Deegeet, including in private messages:
- Attempting to scam, defraud, or mislead another user, including requests for money under false pretenses.
- Sharing links to sites outside deegeet.com in messages.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or any content intended to intimidate another user.
- Sharing another person’s private information without their consent.
Messages are automatically screened for known warning signs of scams and abuse. This screening does not block a message from being sent. It exists so that repeated red flags can be reviewed and addressed.
Campaigns and Tasks
Deegeet allows users to launch paid campaigns that other users complete for a reward, and allows users to earn by completing those tasks. To keep this system fair and trustworthy for everyone:
- Every campaign must link to a real, active post, page, group, or channel on the platform it claims to be for. A Facebook campaign must link to an actual Facebook page or post, and the same rule applies to every other supported platform.
- Campaigns may not promote pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content. Any campaign found to contain this kind of content will be rejected automatically.
- Each task can only be completed once by the same user, and slots are awarded first come, first served once a campaign goes live.
- If you have already completed a task tied to a particular link, you will not be shown that same task again under a new campaign, even if a different advertiser reposts the same link later.
- Task earners are expected to complete tasks honestly and as described. Submitting false proof of completion is a violation of these standards.
Warnings
If your account is found to be in violation of these standards, whether through the automatic message screening described above or through a report reviewed by our team, you may receive a warning. A warning is not a restriction. It is a notice that something about your activity needs to change, along with the reason for it.
Warnings are tracked on your account. Reaching three warnings, whether issued automatically or by an administrator, will result in an automatic account restriction, described below.
Account Restrictions
An account restriction limits specific actions on your account, most commonly the ability to send messages or send friend requests. Restrictions are applied when:
- Your account reaches three warnings.
- An administrator determines, after review, that a specific action you took requires a restriction.
A restriction never affects tools or features you have already paid for, such as Rank Tracker access or Earn task participation. Restrictions are limited specifically to the behavior in question.
When your account is restricted, you will see a clear notice explaining what has been restricted and why, along with a link to these Community Standards.
Appeals
If you believe a warning or restriction was applied in error, you have the right to appeal. You can submit an appeal directly from your account, explaining your side of the situation. Our team reviews every appeal individually and will either lift the restriction or let you know that it stands, along with the reasoning behind that decision.
Appeals are reviewed as quickly as possible. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee a restriction will be lifted, but every appeal is read and considered by a real person on our team.
Why These Standards Exist
None of this exists to make Deegeet harder to use. It exists so that when you message a friend, complete a task, or launch a campaign, you can trust that the person on the other end is playing by the same rules you are. A platform is only as good as the trust between the people using it, and these standards are how we protect that trust.
Questions
If you have questions about these Community Standards, or about a decision made regarding your account, please reach out to our support team through the contact options available on Deegeet.
These standards may be updated from time to time as Deegeet grows. We encourage you to check back periodically.
